At NOW Soccer Academy we follow the outlined rules below for competition. If not outlined, then we rely on the US indoor official soccer rules of competition. These rules are provided by the US Indoor Sports Association. A copy of these rules is maintained at the facility.

• Players may only roster on one team in the same division.
• Teams may roster up to 15 players per game. Rosters allow for 20 team spots, but only 15 may be rostered each game. The additional 5 roster spots allow for you to have options when numbers are an issue. Same rules apply that these players may only roster on one team in same division.

If rejected, the original non-requesting team may keep the original time slot for practice.

• Free substitutions allowed during play.
• Player exiting must fully leave field before substitute enters.
• No four-step restriction for goalkeepers.
• Defenders must stay 10 feet from free kicks.
• Three-line air passes not allowed.

• Kickoffs do not have to go forward.
• Boarding = automatic 2-minute penalty.
• Grabbing top of boards with both hands = dangerous play.

• 5 team fouls will result in penalty kick for opponent.
• 2- or 5-minute penalties may be given at referee discretion.
• If a player receives a yellow card, that player must sub off and sit for 2 or 5 minutes at the ref's discretion. Another player IS allowed to sub on and the team WILL be allowed to play at full strength.

League Play Fees – Adult and Youth League fees are not refundable but may be applied as a credit for a future session if approved by a program director. Team Fee DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. We understand that things may come up and plans change, however we must build our leagues based on the number of teams and players registered and once payment is made, a spot is reserved for that paid team and so in the event they are unable to fulfill their commitment to the league or program, no refund will be given.
