POLICIES AND FAQ’S
CANCELLATION POLICY: NOW Soccer Academy has a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. Should you need to cancel your regularly scheduled session, you must notify us at least 24 hours prior to that session date and time or you will be charged a $25 cancellation penalty.
CODE OF CONDUCT: NOW Soccer Academy expects each player and parent to abide by a positive code of conduct. Players are expected to act with respect at all times with the coaching staff and with their fellow participants. Acting in a disrespectful manner or any behavior that is disruptive to the training session will result in the player being asked to leave the session. Parents are welcome and encouraged to watch their player’s training from behind the glass. Parents are not allowed on the training field unless invited by a coach. Additionally, our sessions run back to back with no breaks. If parents need to have a discussion with the coaching staff, email [email protected] with your contact information and best time to reach you and we will respond outside of training hours or set up a time if a face to face meeting is required.
PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is required at the time membership packages are purchased or prior to training for evaluation or drop-in sessions. Payment can be made through the ZenPlanner member app. A player will not be allowed to continue training if their account falls past due more than one session until the account is brought current.
